SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Transgender persons possess remarkable artistic talent. To nurture this, we organize Lippan Art workshops every Sunday at our center. The first batch of participants has now been trained and is successfully taking orders for decorative mirrors, jharokhas, and other items, receiving immense appreciation from customers. To date, they have created nearly 100 such items and sold around 80 of them. In this way, we have supported them in establishing their own livelihood.

Furthermore, these trained individuals are now imparting their skills to the next batch of transgender persons. Another important objective of engaging them in such activities is to foster teamwork, which strengthens their social relationships. Additionally, participation in creative work provides them with mental peace and emotional well-being.
